Review service contracts; Reconfirm rehearsal plans with dinner site coordinator and clergy; Remind attendants of rehearsal details; Finalize seating for reception, design tent cards if desired;
Hold final consultation with wedding professionals; Provide final head count and other details to caterer; Create list of must have photography; Attend sound check with band/DJ communicating key announcements, toasts, cake-cutting, and introduction of bridal party; Communicate timeline and set up procedures; Consultation with bride and groom to review wedding ceremony and Prepare list of special seating.
Ceremony rehearsal and day-of coordination details
Direct a one-hour rehearsal to coordinate the processional/recessional and ceremony details with clergy, bridal party, musicians, and family members. Collect reception set-up items from couple and coordinate the family member to take all items home from reception;
Calm the bride; Handle any last minute details; Orchestrate ceremony processional providing bridal party, family members, greeters, ushers, clergy, and musicians key instructions; Move flowers and other decor to reception site;
Distribute payment envelopes and gratuity on behalf of Client to Vendors; Oversee set up of reception, i.e.: menu cards in a napkin fold, candles, table decorations, favors, escort cards; Orchestrate bridal couple entrance, first dance, toast, cake-cutting, and departure; Secure gifts at reception and collect special items, such as, framed pictures, cake-cutter, and toasting flukes belonging to the Client;
Coordinate send-off snack basket for the bridal couple with the caterer; and Provide an emergency readiness bridal kit.
